Not a fit? Tell us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.
1. The 7-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your initial purchase of any plan within 7 calendar days of the date that purchase is made, for any reason. This applies to Monthly ($20/mo), Yearly ($100/yr), and Lifetime ($500). This is our voluntary satisfaction guarantee.
2. After 7 days: all sales are final
After the 7-day window closes, all purchases are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds, whether for subscriptions, renewals, or lifetime licenses, except where a non-waivable refund right applies under mandatory consumer law (see Section 7). This includes situations where you forget to cancel, stop using the app, or change your mind after 7 days.
3. Subscriptions, cancellations, and renewals
- ›Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account or Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- ›The 7-day guarantee applies to your first purchase only. It does not reset on each renewal.
- ›Renewal charges are non-refundable. Because you can cancel before any renewal to avoid being charged, renewal payments are final once the new period begins. We do not prorate or refund partially used periods.
4. Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 7-day guarantee described in Section 1. After 7 days, a lifetime purchase is non-refundable. Lifetime licenses are a limited edition and may become unavailable once sold out.
5. How to request a refund
- ›Email hello@thevibefather.com from the address you purchased with, within the 7-day window.
- ›Include your purchase email or receipt so we can locate your order.
- ›Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
6. What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, the associated account entitlement and license key are deactivated, and the app returns to an unlicensed state. Continued use of the Service after a refund is not permitted.
7. EU/EEA and UK consumers — right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Because The Vibe Father is digital content supplied and made available immediately, by purchasing and downloading, activating, or otherwise beginning to use the Service, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Independently of that statutory right, we still voluntarily offer the 7-day money-back guarantee described above. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
8. Fair use and abuse
The guarantee lets you try the Service risk-free — it is not a way to obtain free use. We may decline or reverse refunds, and may suspend or terminate accounts, in cases of abuse, including repeated buy-and-refund cycles, fraud, or attempts to resell or share licenses (see the Terms).
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@thevibefather.com — we'll resolve legitimate issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, particularly outside the refund window or in bad faith, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and license, and we reserve the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks with evidence of your purchase and use.
10. Promotions and price changes
Discounts, launch pricing, and sales are applied at the time of purchase and do not create any right to a refund, credit, or price adjustment on prior purchases if prices later change.
