Why a harness, not another chat

The industry shipped amazing models and terminals. Teams still bounced between Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, browser tabs, and Slack screenshots. Context died between tools. “All tests pass” was a vibe, not a log. We needed software that treats AI coding harness work as a product problem, orchestration, memory, safety, and measurement.

Why did you build it?

Single-tool demos looked great. Real shipping meant multiple CLIs, context that disappeared, and “it works on my machine” agent claims. We built the harness we needed to run a crew with memory and gates.
