Need help right now?
If something on this site is hard to use — or you need content in another format — email [email protected] with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive tech or browser you use if you know it. We will do our best to help and to fix systemic issues.
You can also reach us through the Contact form or the Ask Vibe chat handoff (“Leave a message”) when the chat assistant is available.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for the public marketing website where practical. That includes keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient contrast where we control the theme, and clear labels on forms.
The European Accessibility Act and similar rules are raising the bar for digital products and e-commerce. This statement describes how we approach accessibility on the website today, it is not a formal conformity certificate.
What we design for
- ›Keyboard — primary navigation, forms, cookie settings, and dialogs are intended to work without a mouse.
- ›Screen readers — semantic headings, labeled controls, and skip-to-content where the layout supports it.
- ›Motion — we respect
prefers-reduced-motionfor decorative animation where we own the CSS. - ›Mobile — touch targets and layouts are sized for small screens, cookie and chat controls account for safe areas.
Known limitations
Some areas may not yet meet every WCAG criterion
- ›Rich demos and marketing visuals — animated heroes, canvas effects, and the interactive product demo can be heavier for assistive tech or reduced-motion preferences. The demo is decorative of product UI, not the only way to learn about features.
- ›Third-party embeds — video or social embeds may depend on the provider’s accessibility.
- ›User-generated or AI-generated copy — blog, feed, and dynamic content can vary in structure and alternative text quality.
- ›Desktop app — this statement covers the public website. The native macOS app follows platform accessibility APIs separately and is not scored by this page.
We prioritize fixes that block purchase, sign-in, contact, or core reading tasks.
How we test
We combine automated checks (including WCAG 2 AA contrast and structure scans on key URLs), keyboard-only passes on home, pricing, checkout, account, contact, and the cookie banner, and fixes reported by visitors. Last automated homepage scan. July 20, 2026. We do not claim a full third-party WCAG certification.
Feedback and complaints
Accessibility feedback is welcome at [email protected]. If you are in a jurisdiction with a formal complaint process (for example an equality or consumer body), you may also use those channels, we would still like a chance to fix the issue first.
